About The Event

Matt Williams is a yoga teacher, reiki master, and pranayama breath work facilitator from Los Angeles, California. He has been leading the three-part pranayama breathing technique known as for over 4 years. Also referred to as holotropic breathing, this technique allows you to enter an altered state where you have access to parts of yourself, you are not normally in touch with or connected to. Participants often experience a healing and a shift that occurs within this space. The breathing technique is very simple to learn and can be picked up on after a few minutes of practice. 150 pesos suggested donation.
